When will my order be delivered to cargo?

Ordered products are usually delivered to the cargo company within the business day following the order. Depending on your location and the density of cargo branches, the order is usually delivered to your address within 1-3 business days.

Do I have to be a member to place an order?

You can order without being a member of our site. All you need at this point is your e-mail address. You can complete your membership process whenever you want and complete your next shopping faster thanks to the registered address feature.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

What are the care recommendations for Justever products?

Wash at 30 degrees, inside out. In this way, the quality of the fabric is preserved and the product is provided with a longer life. Raised fabric products may leave a light fluff before the first wash due to their structure. We recommend that you wear the product after washing it once.

Which cargo company will ship my order?

Absolutely. We keep customer information confidential in accordance with the Membership Agreement. This information is only disclosed when requested by official authorities and in cases where disclosure is required by applicable mandatory legislation.

How Can I Return My Order?

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your orders will be delivered to Hepsijet cargo within 2 business days.

Our products are shipped in special packages designed to be waterproof and bearing the Justever brand logo.

If your package is damaged, torn or opened during delivery, please do not accept it and inform us by sharing the situation with the cargo company. If it arrives with external packaging, check the situation during delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return the products you purchased from Justever.com within 14 days from the invoice date, provided that they are unused.

Important Reminder: Due to hygiene rules, returns are not accepted for underwear products (boxers, bras, singlets, bodysuits) that have been opened or tried on. The products you will return must have a product information card.

The order number and reason for return must be written on the package you will deliver to the cargo company.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are our responsibility. Shipments must only be made with our contracted cargo company, MNG Cargo.

You can send your package cash on delivery by giving the cargo company the return code given to you by our customer service.

Shipments sent to us by other cargo companies with cash on delivery will not be accepted.

When the product reaches us, the return is inspected and if approved, your refund will be processed by our payment method PAYTR, in accordance with your payment method.

Your refund will be sent to your bank as soon as your refund is approved. For payments made by credit or debit card, the refund will be reflected on the card or account from which the payment was made within 1 to 14 business days.
